X of Pentacles

NOTE: Please read more about the Kabala. It will help to explain this card in greater spiritual depth. You do not need to be an expert, just familiarize yourself with the different meanings of where the coins are.

This is known as the Quabballa, Kabala or Tree of Life card. I think of this card as the “business of family” or “ the family business”. The business of family part is taking care of the members of our family, making sure that they have what they need. The family business part owns a business and all members participate in it. This cards shows that there is a long lineage of wealth and stability to be carried on for many generations. Notice the elder sitting and watching his family. The archway tells us that all members are welcomed and not judged. Keep in mind that there are many forms of families. Our blood family, church and friends are families. We do not have to be of the same blood to be considered family.

If this card shows with the Three of Pentacles, there is a chance that a physical business is in the making. Look for the Justice card to tell us about contracts and other things that could make this happen.

In reverse: This family is not supportive and is very judgmental. There will not be the support needed. Please try to see if that means blood, church or the family of friends so that the querant will have an idea of what action to take.

The blood family could be at a distance and unable to help.

There is the potential of the family loosing the business or funds that come from it.
Older members of the family could need help that would put unexpected burdens on younger members.
