IX of Pentacles

Otherwise known as the “Lady of Luxury” card, she is secure in her material surroundings. The bird on her finger represents “controlled thoughts”. She truly thinks that she has it together. However, she may be by herself in her home and life. This card can describe a divorcee, widow/ widower, or someone who chooses to be alone. She not only feels comfortable in her space, she enjoys her home and gardens. This lady is competent in all areas of her life. This card often shows for a personality description.
Now, for the flip side of her…she can be controlling and manipulative, especially where the control of money is concerned. Be cautious in doing business with her if there are deception cards in the deck.

In reverse: This woman will use her connections and money for positive means if she thinks she will get something in return. An example would be donating great funds to charity as long as she knows her picture will be in the paper.

She often says that her actions are misunderstood and that she is taken for granted.
If she is in reverse, just her influence could be helpful. Be careful about asking for help unless you are sure of your standing with her.

Be careful of losing all that you have worked for. It is not a good time to change managers of trust funds or to give over the control of your holdings to someone new.
