Here we see the two figures to the right, the subconscious and the super subconscious instructing the consciousness how to use all of the wisdom, talent and experience that they possess to get that new business started. Or, maybe, it is another element of an existing one. The color gray surrounds the card and the black is an indication that they are willing to try almost anything to make the dream happen. The number three tells us that fruition is happening. That means that two things are coming together to make a third. You and an idea, two people with common goals, or finally, you and enough money are making it happen.
You are going to be able to use your crafts, talents and knowledge to make this happen.

In reverse: These are difficult times to make this happen, but your perseverance is worth the outcome. You will be learning valuable lessons in truth and honor.

Be aware that you may not be ready for the challenges that are presented with this new venture. Make sure that you have the skills and knowledge needed for success. Don’t waste you time, money and effort on an illusion.
Just going into this venture for the money will not make it a long lasting business.
